In order to ensure that the consumer is adequately protected from exposure to residues in foodstuffs resulting from plant protection products and in compliance with Commission Directive 2006/62/EC, this Decree provides for the following amendments of the Greek legislative framework regarding MRLs. 1) Ministerial Joint Decree 300481/84 is amended as follows: in Annex II the entries relating to chlorfenvinphos are deleted. 2) Ministerial Joint Decree No. 290341/88 is amended as follows: in Part A
