The present Decree, by inserting article 67a to the Food Code, sets forth the parameters for identifying pure Greek honey made of pine and fir tree, chestnut, erica, thyme, orange, cotton and sunflower. For this purpose, a Table is attached to the text listing down standards and percentages for these types of honey.
