Ministerial Joint Decree No. 140920 amending Decree No. 125347/568/2004 as regards the Codes of Good Agricultural Practice.

The present Decree replaces paragraph 1, article 11 of Ministerial Joint Decree No. 125347/568 as regards the management of pasture lands. Also with this Decree, in all articles of Decree No. 125347/568, the words “Ministry of Agriculture” and “Minister of Agriculture” shall be replaced respectively with the terms “Ministry of Rural Development and Food” and “Minister Rural Development and Food”.
