This Decree approves the Decision by the Supreme Council of Chemistry by which article 26 dealing with plastic materials and articles intended to come into contact with foodstuffs is amended, in compliance with Commission Directive 1999/91/EC. A series of amendments are made throughout the text of article 26 following the structure of the aforementioned Directive.
