Aim of this Decree is the set up of a Register of traders of animal products and products of animal origin in conformity to a number of EU Directives and Decisions, so as to collect information regarding veterinary checks as established with Presidential Decree Nos. 420/1993 (article 6) and 120/2000. The requirements, procedures and accompanying documentation necessary for registering in this system are described in the Decree.
