With this Decree, paragraph 1 of article 3 to Ministerial Joint Decision No. 288915/2006 is replaced as follows: “1. The suppliers of cultivated plant varieties seeds or potato tubers, produced with the organic production method pursuant to article 6, paragraph 2 of Council Regulation (EEC) No. 2092/91, are allowed to trade such propagating material as “organic” provided that it is registered in the electronic database.
