This Decree sets forth additional meters for the application of deviations from the regime foreseen by Regulation (EEC) No. 2092/91 on the biological livestock farming due to the conditions of certain regions devastated by wildfires. By way of derogation from measures prescribed in the Regulation (Annex I), the origin of animals and feedstuff may differ subject to prior authorization (written permit) and quality control by the competent authority.
