This Decree amends article 4 (paragraphs 1 and 4a) and article 5 of Ministerial Joint Decision No. 369869 establishing technical standards for the "Medicago Sativa L." plant variety. The amendment consists in reducing the duration of experiments and controls for this plant variety, from four (4) years (as prescribed in Decision No. 369869) to three (3) years time.
