This Decree harmonizes the national legislative frame with Commission Directive 2004/43/EC amending Directive 98/53/EC and Directive 2002/26/EC as regards sampling methods and methods of analysis for the official control of the levels of aflatoxin and ochratoxin A in food for infants and young children. Annexes I and II to Decree No. 35/2001 shall be amended according to Annex I to the present Decree whereas Annexes I and II to Decree No. 519/2002 are amended as set out in Annex II hereto.
