This Decree lays down general rules for the use of the term “Local Wine” as descriptive element of table wine in compliance with (i) article 72 of Council Regulation (EEC) No 822/87 on the common organization of the market in wine, and (ii) articles 2, 3, 4 and 5 of Council Regulation (EEC) No 2392/89 laying down general rules for the description and presentation of wines and grape musts.
