In implementation of article 1 of Council Directive 97/71/EC relating to the fixing of maximum levels for pesticide residues in and on cereals, Annex II to Ministerial Decree No. 290341/88 is hereby amended as follows: 1) the date “1 January 1998” in footnotes (a), (b) and (c) to the list of pesticide residues introduced by Directive 93/57/EEC shall be amended to read “31 October 1998”; 2) the date “30 June 1999” in footnotes (a), (b) and (c) to the list of pesticide residues introduced by Direc
