Aim of this Decree is the transposition into the national legislation and application of the provisions of Commission Directive 1999/51/EC relating to restrictions on the marketing and use of certain dangerous substances and preparations, namely tin, PCP and cadmium. Directive 1999/51/EC amends Annex I to Council Directive 76/769/EEC which has been implemented and incorporated into the Greek legislative frame with Presidential Order No. 445.
