Ministerial Joint Decree No. 634/99 amending article 35, Part B of the Food Code, in compliance with Commission Directive 99/75/EC.

This Decree approves the Decision by the Supreme Council of Chemistry by which article 32, Part B of the Food Code is amended, according to Commission Directive 99/75/EC amending Commission Directive 95/45/EC laying down specific purity criteria concerning colours for use in foodstuffs. More specifically, the purity criteria concerning the colour E160a – mixed carotenes are hereby replaced with those included in the text of the present Decree.
