Aim of this Decree is the transposition into the national legislation and implementation of the provisions of Commission Directive 98/98/EC relating to the classification, packaging and labelling of dangerous substances. Directive 98/98/EC adapts to technical progress Council Directive 67/548/EEC, which has been implemented and incorporated into the Greek legislative frame with Ministerial Joint Decree No. 378/94.
