The present Decree gives effect to Commission Directive 1999/1/EC which provides for the inclusion of the active substances kresoxim-methyl in Annex 1 to Presidential Order No. 115 (article 1). The competent Department of the Ministry of Agriculture shall keep available the review report (except for confidential information in the meaning of article 14 of Presidential Order No. 115) for consultation by any interested parties or shall make it available to them on specific request (article 2).
