Fluroxypyr is hereby designated as an active substance in Annex I, Presidential Order No. 115, as set out in the Annex hereto. The Department for the Protection of Plant Production (Ministry of Agriculture) shall bring into force the laws, regulations and administrative provisions necessary to comply with this Decree, at the latest by 1 June 2001.
