This Decree implements articles 1, 2 (paragraphs 1, 2 and 3) and the annex attached to Council Directive No. 99/73/EC. Furthermore, with the purpose of adapting the existing national regulations to those of the Directive, Spiroxamine is hereby designated as an active substance in Annex I to Presidential Order No. 115/1997.
