Aim of this Decree is the transposition into the national legislation and application of the provisions of Directive 97/56/EC relating to restrictions on the marketing and use of certain dangerous substances and preparations. Directive 97/56/EC amends Annex I to Council Directive 76/769/EEC which has been implemented and incorporated into the Greek legislative frame with Presidential Order No. 445. Under this light, points 29, 30 and 31 to Annex I of Presidential Order No. 445/83 is hereby amend
