This Decree, in accordance with the provisions of Council Directive 2000/48/EC, amends Annex II, Part A to Ministerial Decree No. 290341/88 as regards the fixing of maximum levels for pesticide residues in and on certain products of plant origin. More specifically, with article 1 to this Decree, the maximum level for azoxystrobin is added. Article 2 to this Decree replaces the MRLs listed in Annex II to Ministerial Decree No. 352654/95.
