In implementation of Commission Directive 98/82/EC (article 1) as regards the fixing of maximum levels for pesticide residues in and on cereals intended for human consumption, Annex II to Ministerial Decree No. 290341/88 is hereby amended. More specifically, the lists of maximum residue levels for certain entries (chlorothalonil, chlorpyriphos, chlorpyriphos-methyl, cypermethrin and others) shall be replaced by the lists set out in Table I to this Decree.
