Aim of the present Decree is the transposition into the national legislation and application of Commission Directive 98/36/EC which amends Directive 96/5/EC on processed cereal-based foods and baby foods for infants and young children. Consequently, the Annexes to Decree No. Y3E/4243/97 shall be amended as shown in the Annex to this Decree, according to the provisions of Directive 98/36/EC. Trade in products which are subject to this Decree and conforming to its provisions shall be permitted as
