The aim of this Order is to protect the public health by managing hazardous waste in a correct, safe and secure way. The present Order is composed of 7 Chapters divided into 35 articles and 3 Schedules. Chapter 1 deals with terms and definitions. Chapter 2 defines the purposes and scope of the Order.
