This Ministerial Order approves the Regulation of the National Institute of Irrigation (INIR). This Regulation, consisting of 5 Chapters and created by Decree No. 9/2012, establishes principles of the organization and functioning of the above mentioned Institute, regulating functions of personnel. It also establishes composition, duties and responsibilities of internal Divisions, including competencies of the Director General and other sectors, etc.
