This Ministerial Order, consisting of 8 articles, creates the Development Committee of the Quirimbas National Park (COMDEQ). The above mentioned institution, under the Ministry of Tourism, is responsible for assessing and preserving the natural heritage of Quirimbas National Park and give advice for the development of the protected area in conjunction with all the local stakeholders.
