This Ministerial Order, consisting of 18 articles, regulates the statute of the National Direction for Rural Development (DNPDR), which will be under the Ministry of Planning and Development. The above mentioned institution will be entitled to propose land planning, organize, control, give advice on environmental issues and manage all activities relevant to rural development.
