This Ministerial Order, consisting of 11 articles, approves the Regulation of the Co-Management Committee on Fishery Sector. This Regulation specifies composition and competencies of this institution, which is a consultative forum, entitled to give advice also on the following: preservation of fisheries resources and its management, authorized fishing methods and areas, protected fish species, etc.
