This Decree, composed of one article and one Annex, approves the Statute of the Regional Water Administration of Zambesi River (ARA-Zambese), with the aim of protecting, developing and managing the river basin. The annexed Statute is composed of 22 articles divided in six Chapters. In particular, it defines the objectives, mission, internal structure and main functions of ARA-Zambese.
