Ministerial Ordinance laying down emergency measures for the implementation of a vaccination campaign against ovine bluetongue.

This Ministerial Ordinance regulates the vaccination programme to be performed on the territories of the Regions and Provinces listed in Annex I, in order to prevent the spread of bluetongue on the rest of the territory of the Community. The vaccination campaign shall be performed by official veterinarians of the local health authorities. Further inspections may be carried out, if necessary, by the Ministry of Health.
