The Ministerial Ordinance sets up a national compulsory plan intended for the surveillance and the eradication of the exotic disease West Nile Disease. The plan includes emergency protective measures to be undertaken in case of spread of the disease. The modalities and criteria to be followed for the effective enforcement of the plan are defined by Annex I to the Ordinance.
