This Regulation, made under article 2, comma 1 of the State Ordinance on the Distribution of Medicines, indicates antibiotics, vaccines and serums destined for or also destined for animals as substances ("zelfstandigheden") mentioned in article 1, comma d, par. 4, of the State Ordinance.
