The Regulations are enacted in accordance with the Fuel Oils Trading Act, B.E. 2543. The Regulations provides for rules, procedures and  rates under which oil traders are required to pay  annual fee throughout the period of operation. The Regulations provide for details on the determination of fees, annual fees and criteria and procedure governing payment of annual fees by fuel oils trader(s) and fuel oils transporter(s).
