This Resolution is composed of 3 articles. Creation of the High coordination Committee for animal registration and numbering project composed of the president (the president of the General Administration for Veterinary Services) and 28 members of different ministries and administrations (art. 1). The competence of this Committee is to number and register animals (art. 2).
