This Resolution is composed of 3 articles. Article 1 establishes the Committee which is formed by a Director of Agricultural services Department, who shall act as president of the Committee, and by 4 members representatives of the Director of Agricultural Production and Research Department, Director of Agricultural Guidance and Prevention Department, Head of Agricultural Quarantine and Agricultural Services Department.
