This Resolution is composed of 4 articles. The transport of cottonseed from cotton gins to cotton press is prohibited from 15/2/2001 to the end of the fixed time for the cultivation (art. 1). The transport of sowing seed bran products from the cotton press and the preparation centres during the above-mentioned period is prohibited (art. 2).
