This Resolution is composed of 4 articles. Producers of frozen food, wrapped food and canned food are obligated to write all the information specified in Resolution No. 354 of 1985 and its amendments concerning the quality and the expiry date of products (art. 1). All exceptions provided for in Resolution No. 354 of 1985 concerning wrapped food are now abrogated (art. 2). Producers who have benefited of the aforementioned exceptions will have 3 months to implement this Resolution (art. 3).
