This Resolution is composed of 8 articles. Importation of pesticides, medical food is prohibited unless they are registered in the Ministry of Public Health and Inhabitants (art. 1). Importation shall be executed by the authorized dealers (art. 2). Only the registered companies shall carry out Importation (art. 3). The Ministry of Public Health and Inhabitants shall adopt the importation plans before importation (art. 6). Resolution No. 85 of 1976 is now abrogated (art. 7).
