This Resolution decrees the amendment of Article 3 of Resolution No. 97 of 2000 as the following: “is to be registered in the Commerce Register or to have the Fiscal-Code as well as the settlement of his position with the Ministry of Agriculture-Department for Poultry and Animal Resources Development regarding licences “.
