This Resolution is composed of 3 articles. The Competent Authority for the adoption of seeds into the Ministry of Agriculture and Land Reclamation will carry out the field inspection and control on seed production, consignment and classes of rice crop (base, registered, adopted) with the objective to verify the validity and compatibility of seeds as well as if they are free from insects and diseases (art. 2).
