This Resolution is composed of 4 articles and the Regulation Text. Fishing, storage, preparation and control of molluscs destined for the exportation to the European Union will be executed according to the attached Regulation (art. 1). Transgressors of rules and regulations of this Resolution will be punished by the arrest for 6 months and for 12 months if the violation will be repeated (art. 2).
