Article 4 of Resolution No. 757 of 2005 is amended as follows: “the exportation of potatoes to the European Union during the season 2005/2006 shall be allowed only if exporters, who possess areas cultivated for this purpose, comply with the requirements and conditions provided for in the aforementioned Resolution No. 757 of 2005 unless the exporter is included in Resolution No. 507 of 2005”.
