This Resolution is composed of 3 articles. Dairy factories producers are obligated to specify clearly on the food labels if the product is prepared with fresh milk, powder milk or with both as well as indicate the percentage of powder milk in the mixture (art. 1). Producers have 3 months to implement this Resolution (art. 2).
