This Resolution is composed of 5 articles. Agricultural cooperatives that are subject to the provisions of the Agricultural Cooperative Law No. 122 of 1980 shall pay an annual quota 10 percent of the surplus to the Central Agricultural Cooperative Union (art. 1). The agricultural cooperatives shall pay an annual fee to Central Agricultural Cooperative Union according to the kind of cooperative (art. 2). Ministerial Resolution No. 734 of 1984 is now abrogated (art. 4).
