This Resolution is composed of 4 articles. Article 1 deals with agricultural quarantine services and operations including taxes, fees and royalties. The Financial Administration in cooperation with the Agricultural Quarantine Central Administration shall carry out the collection of the aforementioned taxes, fees and royalties (art. 2). All provisions that do not comply with this Resolution are now abrogated (art. 3).
