Ministerial Resolution No. 89 of 2001 concerning the analysis of pesticides residues and the heavy elements in food.

This resolution is composed of 2 articles. The Central Laboratory for analysis of pesticide residues and heavy elements in food shall carry out the analysis of "Aflatouxinate" existing in the spice cargo samples destined for the exportation to all countries. The validity of analysis certificate is for 5 days. The Quarantine Officers shall not authorize the exportation before making sure the compatibility with the necessary requirements.
