Ministry of the Environment Decree on Joint Implementation projects (No. 913 of 2007).

This Decree concerns the application for authorization concerning a Joint Implementation project regarding Kyoto Mechanisms implemented outside Finland and an application for a Letter or Approval of a Joint Implementation Project implemented in Finland or outside Finland. The Decree also concerns verification of projects. A statement of verification shall include the total amount of verified greenhouse gas emissions and the amount of emission reduction units.
