This Decree of the Ministry of the Environment, based on section 75(1) of the Waste Act, declares the list of most common wastes and hazardous wastes, set out in the Schedule to this Decree, to be approved. The Decree sets out some rules relative to the consideration of waste for purposes of the Waste Act, the Chemicals Act and the Waste Decree.
