The present Ordinance lays down provisions relating to a scheme for greenhouse gas emission allowance trading to promote reductions of greenhouse gas emissions in a cost effective and economically efficient manner. The text consists of 29 articles divided into 5 Parts as follows: General provision (I); Provisions for monitoring (II); Provisions on reporting (III); Provisions on control (IV); Final provisions (V).
