Monkfish Order 2005 (S.I. No. 241 of 2005).

These Regulations provide for the control for all Irish fishing boats fishing for monkfish in specified areas. The Order prohibits transhipment in the specified areas of monkfish and requires fishing boats to report to the sea fisheries protection officer. The Minister may attach to a monkfish licence granted under the Monkfish Licensing Regulations 2005 any or all of additional conditions as specified in this Order.
