This Order, made pursuant to section 1 of the Sea Fisheries (Shellfish) Act, 1967, confers on a specified grantee a right of several fishery for native oysters (Ostrea edulis) in an area which is defined by coordinates set out in the Schedule to this Order. The grantee shall mark the area of fishery and shall submit an annual catch return. The Order also provides for measures in case the Welsh Ministers are not satisfied with the operation of the grantee in the area.
