This Act amends the provisions of the Assam Cooperative Societies Act, 1949 in the State of Nagaland. Additionally, the Act amends Chapter XIV by adding specific sections defining certain missing definitions, such as: Insured Cooperative Bank, Eligible co-operative bank, etc.
